Hope for Dementia proposes an innovative solution that creates engagement through a gamification-technology platform which is likely to engage seniors in learning and taking action to preserve their brain health.  It enables the sharing of information and resources, streamlining the care process and ensuring that individuals receive the comprehensive support they need.
