


Move for a Healthy Mind, Move for a Healthy Community!
We are excited to introduce the Hope for Dementia’s Step Challenge, a brand-new initiative that encourages physical activity while raising critical funds to support dementia prevention and cognitive health, and our Move for a Healthy Mind program.
The Step Challenge involves setting a goal to reach a certain number of steps within a specified period. For their efforts, participants ask friends, families and colleagues to donate to Hope for Dementia.
Employees can form teams within their companies to have friendly competition. Companies can commit donations based on the participation of their employees.
Individuals can also join, set their own step goals, and contribute independently to this important cause.
Starting now, you can sign up and begin raising funds, with the challenge running until the end of August!
Campaign Goal: Raise $50,000
Here’s how your donations will make a difference.
$30: 1 exercise kit
$100: 3 exercise kits
$300: pays a certified trainer to lead a one-hour exercise session
$500: Exercise kits for 1 class of 15 seniors
$1,000: Printing exercise manuals for 100 seniors
$3,000: pays a certified trainer to lead 10 sessions
$5,000: provides 60 seniors with 10 sessions
- Join as a corporation – Create teams, track progress, and compete to raise the most funds while promoting employee wellness, teamwork, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- Join as an individual – Set your personal step goals, stay active, and make a meaningful impact on dementia prevention.
- Make every step count – Your participation directly funds the Move for a Healthy Mind program, which provides seniors with fitness activities, educational resources, and community support to improve cognitive and physical health.
