Take care of yourself and those you love, especially those most vulnerable.

Montréal is under a heat wave, stay comfortable by spending time in airconditioned places and avoiding outdoor activity between 11 AM–4 PM.
Drink plenty of water, even if you’re not thirsty, and skip alcohol, caffeine, and sugary drinks.
Dress in light, loose clothing, and wear a hat and sunglasses if you go outside.
Check in on seniors and people with dementia, as they’re most at risk. If someone shows signs of heat exhaustion or stroke, act quickly: move them somewhere cool, apply cool compresses, and call 911 if needed.
Do you need a cooldown space or assistance?
