Did you know that many of the risk factors associated with dementia are modifiable?
One of the most powerful ways to support brain health is through the food choices we make every day.
At Hope for Dementia, we believe that healthy eating can make a real difference. That’s why we offer two community programs designed to help seniors nourish both body and mind:
🥗 Mindful Eating. Healthy Minds. – Group meals and cooking workshops that bring seniors together to learn, cook, and enjoy brain healthy foods.
🥗 Healthy Food Healthy Brains – A food basket distribution program that helps seniors and their families access nutritious, brain-supporting foods.
Over the past 10 years, these programs have provided more than 15,000 healthy meals to seniors and their families—a testament to the power of good nutrition and community support.
As an added bonus, we’ve created Blueprint for Smart Eating in Your Golden Years, a practical guide filled with delicious recipes, nutrition tips, and easy-to-follow guidelines for healthy daily eating.
